Cobia Clarke Nursery celebrates opening its new site for shrubs, trees, and landscape supplies.
On Friday, March 1st, Cobia Clarke Nursery cut the ribbon at its new location on 15015 Abercorn Street, where they have revitalized a nursery site that has been a cornerstone of Southside tradition since the 1980s. Owner Mike Neal shared how the Nursery is named after his mother and mother-in-law, honoring the importance of family and the legacy they are building together. Neal also acknowledged his staff for their hard work preparing for this day and their continued commitment to providing great service to their clients. Neal cut the ribbon surrounded by his family, staff, close friends, and supportive community members such as the Savannah Area Chamber Ambassadors and other Chamber members. Neal presented a donation check to the Savannah Tree Foundation to support their local community efforts. Cobia Clarke Nursery has been growing shrubs and trees since 2018 and is excited for its next chapter at its new 10.85-acre site.
