Georgia Airports Association Hosts Annual Convention in Savannah

Last week, the Georgia Airports Association hosted its annual convention at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. Dignitaries that helped welcome the group included Governor Brian Kemp, U.S. Representative Buddy Carter, Georgia Representative Ron Stephens, and Savannah Mayor Van Johnson. Approximately 200 were in attendance. “The city of Savannah and the Hyatt did a terrific job welcoming our GAA members and keeping to all the necessary COVID19-related protocols,” said Greg Kelly, Executive Director and CEO of the host organization, the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. Conversations have already begun about GAA returning to Savannah again in the future.
