As priority legislation for the Georgia Chamber, Senate Bill 52 would incentivize businesses to adhere to the highest standards of cyber security software by providing liability protections in the event of a data breach. SB 52 protects every Georgia consumer, and business owner alike, from criminal data hackers. Personal injury attorneys are attempting to block SB 52 scheduled for a Senate floor vote on Wednesday, February 17.

Equality & Inclusion Town Hall ft. State Representative Calvin Smyre
Georgia Chamber President & CEO Chris Clark hosted Representative Calvin Smyre of Georgia’s 135th District for a discussion around equality and inclusion, today.
