Last week, Savannah was the site for the 20th Annual Travel Professionals of Color Associations (TPOC) annual conference. Visit Savannah’s Anjuli King, director of group tour and entertainment sales, welcomed the group of travel executives, travel agents, industry suppliers, hospitality professionals, and students to experience the destination and learn more about Savannah’s rich cultural heritage and history. TPOC is an educational and networking environment specifically for the advancement of people of color in the travel industry.
