Broad Street Interiors opened its doors on Saturday April 22, 2023. The company was established by partners Joe Gallo and Pat Portera. Joe has an extensive background in design with over 20 years’ experience and met Pat while working on a project for her home in Atlanta. After completion of many projects, the two decided they wanted to continue to work together. Joe, a former resident of Savannah, missed the city’s charm and convinced Pat and her husband to move to Savannah. The showroom is currently open for business, welcoming new clients on Tuesdays – Saturdays from 10am-6pm and by appointment Sundays and Mondays. “It was always a dream of ours to open a design center.  We discussed partnering and agreed to open Broad Street Interiors,” said Portera.  “Plus, there is no other place like our store in Savannah.” “Our showroom only features a small portion of what we do,” says Gallo. “Besides furniture, we offer full design services, lighting, draperies, wallpaper, art and rugs. Everything can be customized to the clients’ needs.”
