Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce

LETTER FROM CHAMBER CHAIRMAN

Happy New Year! Thank you for your continued investment in the Chamber as we work to support our business community’s economic rebound.

Traditionally, January is when a new Chairman takes the helm of the Chamber and Visit Savannah’s Board of Directors. But with the unique challenges 2020 presented, the nominations committees of both organizations voted to keep officers in place for 2021.

I am once again honored to serve as Chair of the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, our organization will continue to focus on the opportunities that lie ahead in the Savannah area as we continue to foster an environment for entrepreneurship and economic prosperity for local businesses.

If you have not already voted, tomorrow is election day once again in Georgia. On the line are two senate seats and a seat on Georgia’s Public Service Commission. Have your voice heard. Polling places are open tomorrow from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. If you are in line by 7 p.m., you can cast your ballot.

Thank you for all you do to keep our community thriving. On behalf of Visit Savannah Board Chair Pritpal Singh and myself, we welcome your feedback and look forward to working with you in the coming year.
