Members of Visitor International (The International Association of Visitor Information Providers) awarded the 2023 Tybee Island Insider’s Guide as an International Regional winner!

Official Guides of Savannah and other Visitor International members are professional tourism information distributors representing brochure distribution and display companies across the United States, Canada, Europe, and South Africa. Collectively, they handle tens of thousands of tourist publications.

Georgia DOT SSFP to Host District 5 – Savannah Outreach Event at The Savannah Entrepreneurial Center

The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) State Supported Funding Program (SSFP) is set to host a collaborative outreach event with the City of Savannah Economic Development Department at The Savannah Entrepreneurial Center. This is a unique in-person opportunity for small business owners keen on engaging with the Agency. Designed to cater to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), Small Business Enterprises (SBEs), and Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), the event aims to provide valuable insights into eligibility criteria for bidding on projects funded by H.B. 170.

2023 Annual Chamber Cup Held on Hutchinson Island 

The Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce hosted its Annual Chamber Cup in November at the Westin Golf Resort. Over 150 golfers participated to benefit Leadership Savannah and the Ed Feiler, Jr. Scholarship Fund. Last year’s winning team, Goodwill Industries of the Southeast Georgia, passed the Chamber Cup to this year’s winner, Dave Simons Political Group.
